We are proud to be rated as a 5 star homebuilder by our customers for the 16th consecutive year in the New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The Home Builders Federation survey asks new home owners a simple question – would you recommend your builder to a friend? For us to have been awarded 5 stars means that over 90% of our customers would recommend us.

This is the 16th year in a row we have been 5 star – no other major national homebuilder comes close to matching that record – and it reflects the dedication and commitment of our people, partners and suppliers to build high quality homes in places people aspire to live.

To mark this achievement, we are donating £25,000 to the Construction Youth Trust, to support more young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access meaningful careers in construction and the built environment.
