FY26 Half Year Results: Resilient performance, disciplined execution

We have reported a resilient performance, despite a subdued market, in our half-year results today.

Highlights from our update included:

🏠 7,444 new homes delivered
🏗️ 17,200-17,800 homes forecast for FY26, in line with previous guidance
🤝 32 exceptional Divisions now operational across the integrated business
👷‍♀️ 115 Pride in the Job awards, more than any other homebuilder for 21 years
🏆 £100m cost synergy savings on track

Looking ahead, the long-term housing market fundamentals remain strong, we have seen solid trading since the New Year, and are well forward sold for the year.
