This page allows you to access key information that we wish to share with you. This will be the latest information specific to your contract, accessible via this website on your PC, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. Our intention is to work with you to ensure that you have everything you need as a valued subcontractor or supplier.

Ethics Policy

Barratt Redrow plc is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in its dealings with all of its consultants and sub-contractors.

A key part of our ethical approach is to ensure that all contracts are awarded and seen to be awarded by the Group specifically on the merits of those tendering for work.

Accordingly we are making it an explicit term of any contract that we enter into that our contracting partner warrants that they have not had any dealings with any of our employees or directors which has resulted either in a payment being made to such employees or directors nor have any of our employees or directors any interest in that contracting partner, in either case, is not openly declared.

This is intended to ensure full transparency in all of our dealings with our contracting partners.

This does not extend to holding shares which are freely traded on a UK recognised stock exchange and provided that the interest or payment is declared and is acknowledged on behalf of the business as being of no consequence then it will not affect the award of any contract.

Pending incorporation of this as an express term into any contract with any of our contracting partners please ensure that you declare any payments made by you to any of our employees or directors or of any interest which any of our employees or directors hold in your business (other than shares traded on the UK stock exchange) in order to ensure maximum transparency and avoid giving rise to termination of any contract with which you are involved.

Finally our employees and directors for the purposes of this provision extends to cover any persons connected to them such as spouse or children where these are minors.

Drawing Portal

If you have ever wanted to get hold of the latest house type designs for the job you are working on then this is the place to come. Once inside the Drawing Portal you will be able to access multiple drawings that all relate to your particular contract. House type designs of all types be it heating, electrical, roofing and much more will all be here, ready for you to download for review.

As we update drawings that are relevant to you then you will automatically receive an email notification advising you of the change. Simply click the link within the email to gain access to the drawing change.

eTendering

In addition to the Drawing Portal, we are also beginning to shape the future and move towards making all of our lives easier by introducing a whole new way of providing you with a tender request. We will do the hard work and gather all of the information together that is normally sent either on CD or posted out to you and we will load it into a new online eTendering website. You won't miss out at all and you will be emailed to notify you of an invitation to tender. You can then access via the link or visit this website to review all of the necessary tender documentation. Thereafter you can enter your quotation into the system and submit it to our divisional team. We will then process the tender return in the normal way.

One of the key advantages of this move for you is that you will get up to date information whenever you want it and you will also be able to provide us with updates about yourselves i.e. insurances, etc. You'll only need to do this once and you won't get several divisions chasing you for renewals!

Electronic Trading

We've made a change to the operation of the Barratt Redrow plc payment process. You may have already received notification about these changes separately.

Here's a summary of what the main changes mean for you:

• We are implementing an automated system for processing applications for payment, invoices and credit notes. This means that we will be asking affected trades to send us their interim applications in a slightly different way.
• You'll be able to send your interim applications to an electronic portal via a dedicated email address which will link into our financial systems.
• We'll let you know in what format to send your interim applications, which will include sending us all supporting documentation as separate attachments.
• You'll be alerted automatically if there is a problem. Our team will also be notified, enabling us to address any issues with you quickly to ensure that the payment process is as efficient as possible.
